Project by project we can offer the full range of design services under a design contract that is written to your unique requirements. The design fee is determined by the scope of services document that we outline together.
Adaptable to both commercial and residential design the package includes client meetings, renderings and floor plans, window treatments and furniture selection, material selection and working drawings.
Under the conditions of the contract, we can also act as purchasing agent for all elements of the plan on a prearranged percentage basis.
